Returns & exchange

If you are not completely happy with your online purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of purchase. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. Simply contact us via email including your order number, information as to the item, its style number and condition, your preferred outcome (exchange or refund), attach clear photographic images of your concern with the item to your correspondence. Please note we are unable to offer ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges. As Little Dragons is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail. 

Returns

Items purchased online may need to be returned because:

  1. an incorrect item was received, or
  2. some items were included that were not ordered.

Exchanges

Items purchased online may need to be exchanged because:

a manufacturing fault exists; or
a different style, size or colour is desired.
Due to the time involved in receiving your return/exchange and attending to the amended order, we recommend placing a new order right away for the item you want. We cannot guarantee the item will still be in stock.

For both Returns and Exchanges, please have your invoice number with the approximate date of purchase on hand and please contact us at : info@littledragons.online 

Packing & Sending Your Exchange / Return

You can pack and send your exchange/return to us in just a few simple steps:

For unworn items - repack your item in the original packaging.

If you would like an exchange, place another order online. We will credit you as required for your return once it is received. (Sorry, we cannot accept requests for exchanges to be mailed prior to receiving your return.)

For future reference, please let us know why you are returning the item.

Unfortunately, Little Dragons cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. Sorry, we cannot accept COD.

Please note, upon receipt of your exchange/return, please allow 2 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
